After the item is purchased, we need at least 2 days to have the parcel ready to ship from our Farm. After that, the estimated delivery time varies depending on the areas:

- Portugal and Spain: 1 to 2 business days

- Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria: 2 to 5 business days

- Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania: 3 to 5 business days

- Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden: 4 a 6 dias úteis

- Cyprus, Malta: 5 to 7 business days

We'll send you a confirmation email once we ship your order to let you know everything is on schedule.

We use various express services such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX, CTT, Correos Express or DPD, depending on the customer's area of residence.

If no one receives the order at the address provided by the customer, the carriers normally make three delivery attempts. If the order is returned to our farm is because no one received it. We will not pay the costs of sending the product again. All charges must be paid by the customer.

We suggest that you have you order delivered to a work address rather than your home address, as carriers usually deliver between 9:00-05:00 and a signature on the receipt may be required.

Our store is only set up to ship to countries within the European Union. However, if your country is not on the list, contact us at info@quintavilarachel.com to see the availability of being able to ship to your country.

Items received damaged
