Once your order is confirmed, we require at least 2 business days to prepare your parcel for shipping from our farm. After this preparation time, the estimated delivery time for Portugal is 1 to 2 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, so you can track its progress.
We work with various express carriers, including DHL, CTT, Correios Express or DPD, depending on the delivery area.
If no one is available to receive the order at the address provided, the carriers will typically make three delivery attempts. If the parcel is returned to our farm due to failed delivery attempts, the costs for reshipping the order will be charged to the customer.
Suggestion: We recommend choosing a work address for delivery, as carriers typically deliver between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and a signature may be required upon receipt.
Currently, our store is set up to ship exclusively withinPortugal. If you are interested in purchasing our wine outside of Portugal, please contact us so we can inform you where our wines are available.
If your products arrive damaged, please contact our customer service immediately at info@vilarachel.com. If the damage occurred during transportation, we will cover the costs of the affected products.
